Welcome to Las Flores Avenue LLC! As an online boutique, we strive to bring you exceptional handcrafted jewelry, fashion accessories, and custom-designed t-shirts. We aim to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. Please review our shipping policy for important details about your order.

Processing Time

  • Handmade Gifts, Jewelry and Accessories: These items are crafted with care and are processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Custom-Designed T-Shirts (fulfilled by Printful): Production and processing take approximately 10-14 business days.

  • Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
     

Shipping Destinations

  • At this time, Las Flores Avenue LLC only ships within the United States to include military APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

  • Delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated to arrive within 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

Please note: While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as carrier delays or extreme weather conditions.

 

Split Shipments

  • To ensure the quality of each product, items fulfilled by Las Flores Avenue LLC and Printful may be shipped separately. Separate tracking details will be provided for each shipment if applicable.

 

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Use this number to follow your package’s journey through the carrier's website.

 

Damages and Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@lasfloresavenue.com within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

 

Cancellations and Changes

  • We understand that plans can change. To modify or cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@lasfloresavenue.com. Beyond this timeframe, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

 

Return to Sender or Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. Las Flores Avenue LLC is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, we can arrange for re-shipment at the customer’s expense.

 

Sustainable Packaging

  • As an online boutique, we are committed to sustainability. We use minimal and eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible to reduce waste.
